The Tirzepatide pen standing with its cap off, its cartridge holder and needle hub showing, and the cap lying beside it

The pen

Every Pure99 peptide comes in the same pen, so you learn it once. Injecting is painless: the needles are 32-gauge and ultra-fine, less than half as wide as a flu-shot needle, and go in just under the skin, not into the muscle. Turn the dial one unit at a time to set the exact dose you need, whatever protocol you’re on.

Your dose, on the dial.

The dial counts in units of 0.01 mL: 10 units is 0.10 mL, and 100 units, the most one press gives, is 1 mL. How much peptide a unit holds depends on the pen’s strength, so the same number of units gives a different dose on each pen. Enter the dose your doctor gave you to see how many units to set.
