High-purity Semaglutide for weight loss and appetite. For adults with obesity, or with overweight and a health problem linked to weight, who want to lose weight alongside changes to diet and exercise.
The dial counts in units of 0.01 mL: 10 units is 0.10 mL, and 100 units, the most one press gives, is 1 mL. How much peptide a unit holds depends on the pen’s strength, so the same number of units gives a different dose on each pen. Enter the dose your doctor gave you to see how many units to set.

Semaglutide is a peptide built to act like a hormone your gut releases after a meal. The hormone tells your brain you have eaten and slows how fast your stomach empties, so you feel full sooner and for longer.
It is one of the most studied peptides in the world. Its trials gave it once a week, by injection under the skin, to thousands of people for more than a year.
Semaglutide has been tested in large trials lasting more than a year, in thousands of people. The trials gave it once a week by injection under the skin, starting low and raising the dose step by step. Each study used its own supply, dose and schedule, so its results describe that study rather than promise what this pen will do.
Large trials, Under the skin
In a 68-week trial of 1,961 adults with obesity or overweight, people on semaglutide lost 14.9% of their body weight on average, against 2.4% on a placebo. Half of them lost at least 15%.
Small studies, Under the skin
In a smaller trial, 72 people took semaglutide and a placebo in turn. On semaglutide they ate about 35% less when free to eat as much as they liked.

Large trials, Under the skin
In a trial of 17,604 adults with heart disease and overweight, but no diabetes, semaglutide cut heart attacks, strokes and deaths from heart disease by 20% compared with a placebo.
Large trials, Under the skin
In people with an inflamed fatty liver, the inflammation cleared in 62.9% of those on semaglutide, against 34.3% of those on a placebo.
Every lot of Semaglutide goes through three tests before it is sold.
Every lot is 99% pure or more, and your pen’s exact purity is printed on its tube.
Every lot we sell has passed the sterility test: no bacteria or other microbes were detected.
Every lot we sell has passed the test for endotoxins, traces of bacteria that can cause fever after an injection.
An independent laboratory in the USA runs every test.
Nausea was the most common side effect. In the main weight trial it affected 44% of people on semaglutide, against 17% on a placebo, and 7% stopped taking it because of side effects.
A year after stopping, people had regained about two-thirds of the weight they had lost.

Some of the weight lost is muscle and other lean tissue rather than fat: about 31% on average across trials of medicines of this kind.
A very rare side effect, damage to the optic nerve that can cause sudden loss of sight in one eye, affects up to 1 in 10,000 users.

Don’t use Semaglutide if you have ever had an allergic reaction to it or to anything else in the pen. Get help straight away if you have swelling of the face, lips or throat, trouble breathing, or a rash that spreads after an injection.
Don’t use Semaglutide if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you plan to become pregnant, its label advises stopping at least two months before you try.
If you take any medicine or have a health condition, talk with your doctor before using Semaglutide, and tell them you use it.
In rats and mice, medicines of this kind caused tumors of the thyroid. Whether they do in people is not known. Don’t use this pen if you or anyone in your family has had medullary thyroid cancer, or if you have multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your doctor about a lump or swelling in your neck, trouble swallowing or a hoarse voice that won’t go away.
Stop and see a doctor straight away if you have severe pain in your stomach that won’t go away, with or without vomiting: it can be a sign of an inflamed pancreas. Medicines of this kind have also been linked to gallstones. Vomiting and diarrhea can dry you out, which can strain the kidneys, so drink enough fluids.
If you take insulin or another medicine that lowers blood sugar, your blood sugar can fall too low. Your doctor may need to change those medicines.
Tell your doctor or anesthetist that you use this pen before any surgery or procedure with anesthesia or sedation. Medicines of this kind slow the emptying of the stomach.
For adults 18 and over.
Semaglutide has been studied most in adults with obesity, or with overweight and a health problem linked to weight, alongside changes to diet and exercise. Whether it suits you depends on your health, your other medicines and your goal, so talk with your doctor before you start.
In its trials, Semaglutide was taken once a week, on the same day each week, by injection under the skin. The trials started on a low dose and raised it step by step over several months, which helps the stomach get used to it. Follow the schedule your doctor sets.
Most side effects are in the stomach and gut: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and constipation. They are most common while the dose is being raised. In the main weight trial, 44% of people on Semaglutide had nausea, against 17% on a placebo. The warnings on this page list the rarer, more serious ones.
In the main trial, weight fell gradually over the first year, as the dose was raised, and the average loss was measured at 68 weeks. A year after people stopped, they had regained about two-thirds of the weight they had lost.
Yes. Its trials studied women and men, and most people in the main weight trial were women. It should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Every lot of Semaglutide is tested by an independent laboratory in the USA before it is sold. The laboratory measures its purity by HPLC, tests it for bacteria and other microbes by PCR, and measures its endotoxins by LAL. Endotoxins are the toxins bacteria leave behind even in a sterile solution, and they can cause fever and aches after an injection.
Take Semaglutide only as your doctor directs: Pure99 doesn’t recommend a dose. The pen’s dial counts in units of 0.01 mL, from 1 to 100 a press, and the same number of units gives a different dose on each pen. The dose guide on this page turns your dose into the number of units to set.
Every pen holds 3 mL, which is 300 units on the dial. How many doses that makes depends on your dose: the dose guide on this page shows how many doses of your size a pen holds.
