What Wolverine is

Wolverine puts two peptides in one pen, so one injection gives both: 10 mg of BPC-157, a short peptide first studied for bowel disease, and 10 mg of TB-500, the protein thymosin beta-4, found in almost every cell in the body.

Each has been studied for healing in animals. The pair has been tested together once, in rats.

Tendons and ligaments: BPC-157 and TB-500 have each been studied in rats with injured tendons and ligaments.
Muscle: TB-500 has been studied in mice, for the cells that repair muscle after an injury.
