High-purity Tirzepatide for weight loss, appetite and blood sugar. For adults with obesity, or with overweight and a health problem linked to weight. It comes in six strengths, so one pen can follow your dose as it rises.
The dial counts in units of 0.01 mL: 10 units is 0.10 mL, and 100 units, the most one press gives, is 1 mL. How much peptide a unit holds depends on the pen’s strength, so the same number of units gives a different dose on each pen. Enter the dose your doctor gave you to see how many units to set.

Tirzepatide is a peptide built to act like two hormones your body releases after a meal. Together they tell your brain you have eaten and help your body handle the sugar from food, so you feel full sooner.
Its trials gave it once a week, by injection under the skin, to thousands of people for more than a year. It comes in six strengths, so the pen can follow a dose as it rises.
Tirzepatide has been tested in large trials lasting more than a year, in thousands of people. The trials gave it once a week by injection under the skin, starting low and raising the dose step by step. Each study used its own supply, dose and schedule, so its results describe that study rather than promise what this pen will do.
Large trials, Under the skin
In a 72-week trial of 2,539 adults with obesity or overweight, people on the highest dose lost 20.9% of their body weight on average, against 3.1% on a placebo.
Large trials, Under the skin
In the one trial that compared the two directly, people on tirzepatide lost 20.2% of their body weight, against 13.7% on semaglutide.
Large trials, Under the skin
Over three years, 1.3% of people with prediabetes who took tirzepatide developed type 2 diabetes, against 13.3% of those on a placebo.
Large trials, Under the skin
In adults with obesity and sleep apnea, tirzepatide cut the pauses in breathing during sleep by about 20 an hour more than a placebo did.
Every lot of Tirzepatide goes through three tests before it is sold.
Every lot is 99% pure or more, and your pen’s exact purity is printed on its tube.
Every lot we sell has passed the sterility test: no bacteria or other microbes were detected.
Every lot we sell has passed the test for endotoxins, traces of bacteria that can cause fever after an injection.
An independent laboratory in the USA runs every test.
Nausea affected 25% to 33% of people on tirzepatide, depending on the dose, against 9.5% on a placebo, and 4% to 7% stopped taking it because of side effects.
People switched to a placebo regained 14% of their body weight within a year, while those who kept taking tirzepatide went on losing weight.
Some of the weight lost is muscle and other lean tissue rather than fat: about 31% on average across trials of medicines of this kind.
Don’t use Tirzepatide if you have ever had an allergic reaction to it or to anything else in the pen. Get help straight away if you have swelling of the face, lips or throat, trouble breathing, or a rash that spreads after an injection.
Don’t use Tirzepatide if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or trying to become pregnant, unless your doctor advises it.
If you take any medicine or have a health condition, talk with your doctor before using Tirzepatide, and tell them you use it.
In rats and mice, medicines of this kind caused tumors of the thyroid. Whether they do in people is not known. Don’t use this pen if you or anyone in your family has had medullary thyroid cancer, or if you have multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your doctor about a lump or swelling in your neck, trouble swallowing or a hoarse voice that won’t go away.
Stop and see a doctor straight away if you have severe pain in your stomach that won’t go away, with or without vomiting: it can be a sign of an inflamed pancreas. Medicines of this kind have also been linked to gallstones. Vomiting and diarrhea can dry you out, which can strain the kidneys, so drink enough fluids.
If you take insulin or another medicine that lowers blood sugar, your blood sugar can fall too low. Your doctor may need to change those medicines.
Tell your doctor or anesthetist that you use this pen before any surgery or procedure with anesthesia or sedation. Medicines of this kind slow the emptying of the stomach.
Tirzepatide can make birth control pills work less well. Its label advises a method that isn’t a pill, or adding a barrier method such as a condom, for four weeks after you start and for four weeks after each rise in dose.
For adults 18 and over.
Tirzepatide has been studied most in adults with obesity, or with overweight and a health problem linked to weight, alongside changes to diet and exercise. Whether it suits you depends on your health, your other medicines and your goal, so talk with your doctor before you start.
In its trials, Tirzepatide was taken once a week, on the same day each week, by injection under the skin. The trials started on a low dose and raised it every four weeks, which helps the stomach get used to it. Follow the schedule your doctor sets.
Choose the strength that fits the dose your doctor has set. Each strength is the same 3 mL pen with more peptide in it, so the same number of units gives a different dose on each one. The dose guide on this page shows the units to set for your dose on each strength.
Most side effects are in the stomach and gut: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and constipation. They are most common while the dose is being raised. In the main weight trial, nausea affected 25% to 33% of people, depending on the dose, against 9.5% on a placebo. The warnings on this page list the rarer, more serious ones.
In the main trial, weight fell gradually as the dose was raised, and the average loss was measured at 72 weeks. People switched to a placebo regained much of their weight within a year, while those who kept taking Tirzepatide went on losing weight.
Every lot of Tirzepatide is tested by an independent laboratory in the USA before it is sold. The laboratory measures its purity by HPLC, tests it for bacteria and other microbes by PCR, and measures its endotoxins by LAL. Endotoxins are the toxins bacteria leave behind even in a sterile solution, and they can cause fever and aches after an injection.
Take Tirzepatide only as your doctor directs: Pure99 doesn’t recommend a dose. The pen’s dial counts in units of 0.01 mL, from 1 to 100 a press, and the same number of units gives a different dose on each pen and each strength. The dose guide on this page turns your dose into the number of units to set.
Every pen holds 3 mL, which is 300 units on the dial. How many doses that makes depends on your dose: the dose guide on this page shows how many doses of your size a pen holds.
